  • 2 lg eggs
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 ½ Tbsp Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet L'essence de Oil Melange Olive Oil Blend*
  • 1 ½ lbs 85% lean ground beef
  • ½ lb ground country sausage
  • 1 cup Mrs. Bryant's Tour de Cuisine Gluten Free Honey Herb Yeast Bread Africa – lightly toasted and crumbled
  • 1 tsp Mrs. Bryant's Estate Fresh Gourmet Tour de Cuisine Africa Spice Blend****

Heat oven to 350°F. Saute the chopped onion in the Olive Oil blend until lightly browned about 5 minutes. In a large mixing bowl with a wire whisk, beat the eggs. Add the beef, sausage, sautéed onions, toasted crumbled bread, and Africa spice blend to the large mixing bowl. Mix by hand until combined. Roll into ½ - ¾ inch balls. Place on a baking pan and bake at 350°F for approximately 30 minutes, turning occasionally until lightly browned. Top with favorite sauce. May be served with pasta. Serves 6-8.
