2 tbsp Mrs. Bryant's Oil Melange

½ small onion (diced)

1 ¼ lbs ground turkey

3 carrots (diced)

4 red skinned potatoes, unpeeled (diced)

½ cup peas (fresh or frozen)

1 tsp Mrs. Bryant's Jamaica spice blend

1/8 tsp Mrs. Bryant's peppercorn blend

1/8 tsp Mrs. Bryant's sea salt blend

1 cup corn kernels

18 oz tomato puree

¼ cup roasted red peppers

14 oz diced tomatoes (undrained)

8 oz garbanzo beans

Saute onion in the Oil Melange at medium heat until brown. Set aside.

Saute ground turkey at medium high heat until brown.

In a large pot combine all ingredients and simmer for ½ hour.
