2 tbsp Mrs. Bryant's Oil Melange

1 tbsp minced garlic

½ tsp Mrs. Bryant's sea salt blend

¼ tsp Mrs. Bryant's peppercorn blend

1 tsp Mrs. Bryant's Africa spice blend

1 ½ tsp maple syrup

1 lb collard greens

In a saucepan, add oil and heat at low. Add minced garlic and heat until browned (about 1 min.). Add the collard greens and the remaining ingredients. Cook at medium heat, uncovered for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat to simmer and cook covered for an additional 3 minutes.
