2-4 Thick Boneless Pork Chops
1 Tbsp Mrs. Bryant's England Mulling Spice
1/2 gallon Apple Cider
1/2 gallon Water
Prepare Mulled Cider by combining the England Mulling Spice (either loose or in a tea ball), Apple Cider, and water in a large covered pot. Simmer for 30 minutes to make a spiced cider.
Add pork chops and 2 cups of the spiced cider to a 1 gallon resealable plastic bag or covered plastic container. Refrigerate the pork chops with the cider marinade and the remaining spiced cider overnight. Remove from container and grill. Use left-over marinade to baste and discard when finished. Use remaining spiced cider as a complimentary beverage with or without your favorite liquor as your dinner beverage.
Dip the grilled pork chops in your favorite Mrs. Bryant's fruit blended apple sauce. Bon Appetit!
