Moroccan Lamb with a Virginia Twist


4 Lamb Loin Chops (approx. 1 lb) 

2 Tbsp Virginia Hickory Syrup

2 Tsp Mrs. Bryant’s Africa Spice

Hot Peach Chutney by Virginia Chutney Company

Lightly glaze all sides of the lamb loin chops with the hickory syrup.  Rub with Mrs. Bryant’s Africa spice blend.  Grill on medium heat, lower level (500F), for 10 minutes each side or until done.  Enjoy alone or dip in the Hot Peach Chutney!  Serve over greens (available from produce vendor) or Spinach Fettuccine (available from Mrs. Bryant’s).
